NarrativeForge help · Account and sign-in

Get back to your writing

Find the right NarrativeForge sign-in path, distinguish account access from a broken link, and get focused help without creating a duplicate account.

Which edition are you using?

For Cloud

  • Open Cloud in your browser, then return to the project library after signing in. If you keep returning to the marketing site, record the page where the loop begins.
  • Keep any unsaved writing open while investigating another tab. Avoid clearing browser data as a first troubleshooting step.

A few checks to begin with

  1. Start from Sign in on this website. Use the same account and sign-in method you used before; a different method may lead to a different account.
  2. If the website says it cannot open your workspace, the handoff is unavailable. Retrying later or contacting support is more useful than creating another account.
  3. If you reach the app’s sign-in screen but cannot authenticate, use its account-recovery option when offered. Keep passwords, recovery codes and sign-in links out of support messages.

If you still need a hand

These details help support understand the problem without asking for your creative work.

  • Which sign-in method you selected (never the password or code)
  • Whether the problem occurs before or after the app sign-in screen
  • Browser or app version and the exact error wording
