Effective July 24, 2026. These development-stage terms cover the public website, editorial materials, and early-access communications published by Totalsquare, LLC. Product license terms will be published separately before software distribution.
Informational status
Product descriptions include current direction and planned capabilities. They are not guarantees of release date, final functionality, pricing, compatibility, or continued availability.
Creative materials
Do not submit confidential scripts, manuscripts, voice recordings, contracts, or other sensitive creative materials through public website forms. Fictional examples on the site may not be copied as production material without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the site to facilitate deceptive voice impersonation or rights infringement.
Intellectual property
The NarrativeForge™ name is claimed by Totalsquare, LLC as an unregistered trademark for software and related services. The visual identity, original demonstrations, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The ™ symbol does not represent federal registration. Third-party product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.
Disclaimers and changes
The website is provided on an as-available basis during development. Totalsquare, LLC publishes the site, but final governing law, liability, dispute, and other legal provisions still require legal review before public launch.
