AI Performance Studio
A creative environment that combines virtual casting, scene-aware performance, direction, rehearsal, revision memory, and audio-production tools. It differs from generic text-to-speech by preserving dramatic and production context.
Table read
A reading of a screenplay, teleplay, or stage play in which roles are assigned and the work is heard aloud, usually to evaluate dialogue, pacing, character, structure, and production questions.
Cold Read, Rehearsed Read, Directed Read
A Cold Read emphasizes immediate discovery with limited preparation. A Rehearsed Read uses established character choices. A Directed Read includes explicit interpretation, timing, retakes, and scene-level performance notes.
Performance memory
The retained record of casting, pronunciation, character tendencies, relationship choices, director notes, and selected takes that can survive revisions to the source text.
Voice provenance
Information describing where a voice reference came from, who owns or authorized it, how it was transformed, and whether it remains active or has been deleted.
FDX and Fountain
FDX is Final Draft's structured screenplay format. Fountain is an open, plain-text screenplay markup format. Both can preserve more script meaning than an unstructured document import.
